My personal opinion is that *if* one finds they *don't work* -- chances might be high that the expectation is unrealistic. Thinking you can do these a few times and be "cured" or "fixed" .... or not giving them enough time and then giving up and considering them a failure...
These are all examples of how *not* to utilize our Resources.
We cannot change who we are, there's no magic wand or super-secret way to make this go away and stop.
The Resources work by helping to make us stronger so we can cope with the anxiety and panic.
We will always have triggers in our life, always....we can't live in a bubble free of stress. We actually need stress to survive and thrive.
The thing is...how we choose to deal with that stress is what makes a Resource work!!
It must become a part of your lifestyle. Not something you *try*....
