I'll drink a cup of coffee a few times a week in the morning. Seems to help with my headaches.
I don't drink alcohol at all.
I exercise on average 5 days a week.

Caffeine?
Nope. I'm fine. But remember, I only drink it a few times a week. And I don't consume large quantities.

I have tea or coffee in the morning and limit myself to one cup. I drink iced tea with lunch but don't consume any after about
3 in the afternoon. Otherwise, I can't sleep at night. None of it makes me jittery unless I don't eat along with it.
Sometimes i am me (HT)...

in my experience "yes" coffee and tea contribute to make worsen anxiety symptoms or attack.

Because I am Bipolar I am supposed to avoid coffee and chocolates and I did exactly that. I really did well for a long time and just drank water or redbush tea but these days my anxiety causes me to drink 2 cups of coffee daily and to eat chocolate. It helps for the stress. I still drink lots of water though. Alcohol is a definite NO NO!

I rarely drink alcohol but I had a glass of beer the other night and the next day my heart was pounding. Hate it. But that beer tasted so good. lol
I don't drink coffee...thank goodness. :)

I don't drink alcohol anymore like I used to, I can't stand as some of you know, the horrible anxiety ridden hangovers. As for coffee I looooooove it, drink many cups till noon, then start on my green teas. I tried stopping the coffee once but the headaches were horrible.

I have mostly stayed away from caffeine which is hard. One day I had two energy drinks from Herbalife and I had a big panic attack that night. :( kindof been scared to drink caffeine since then. Although I have had a little bit of green tea here and there.

I limit my daily coffee use with one cup and try to have it before 5 PM :) I mostly drink green/herbal tea and before going to bed camomile tea which helps relaxing my muscles a lot.
My doctor told me years ago that alcohol has very increasing effect on anxiety and depression so he didn't recommend me consuming it. Especially, when I was on meds because he said it would block the effect of the medication. Though, I was never a big fan of drinking to begin with :)
I don't drink alcohol.

Coffee and alcohol is a personal no no for me. With coffee almost instantly I start feeling jittery and my anxiety starts. Alcohol seems to depress me and also bring on feelings of anxiety. It probably is because I am not a daily or occasional drinker of both so if I do decide to take a sip I know not to. People do react different though.

Funny, coffee does not bother me, i can drink it at midnight and
go to bed and right to sleep, but tea, my heart will reve up and
pound all night. "i do know i am strange". Peace
