Hey guys

It's been awhile but now lately I have developed a new symptom. I've been having occasional back pain which comes and goes and isn't that much of a problem. But lately I have noticed that when I sit down or lie down that my feet start to feel cold. They aren't physically cold but they just feel cold. I still have feeling in them and they don't turn blue but they just feel cold and when I stand up and move around it isn't as bad. It's strange. Any of you guys deal with this?

Normally this cold feeling in hands or feet is from a pinched nerve
somewhere in the spinal column, but it is pretty common, my but
and the back of my legs feel cold when i aggravate the nerve in my
lower back.

Mine comes and go's, sometime it's the weather, sometime it's
me not acting my age. lol

As long as there is no pain i just kick it to the curb. Peace

Haha yeah I'm trying with the back pain and all with a combination of my hypochondria I thought there was something wrong with my kidneys lol. Granted I still don't know for sure but that helps me a bit. It just bugs me and this symptom started happening within the past few days

Hi Joci :)

Even young people can get compressed nerves and/or sciatic issues.

Have you increased or changed your physical activity lately? Any injury that you can remember?


See your doctor, especially if you start to have increased pain. There is treament and preventative care (so that it does not get worse) that you can seek if necessary.
