Morning anxiety is quite common. Cortisol levels are the highest in the morning, causing widespread anxiety in a lot of people. Also, magnesium supplements are really suppose to help heart flutters. You may want to look into a magnesium supplement. Make sure it's not magnesium oxide though. Try magnesium citrite or glycinate. They are much easier on you digestive system.
