Hey guys I been feeling this feeling since I've been on celexa for about a week 10mg now I'm @ 20mg. My nose feel dry I guess but my mind keep telling me I can't breath but deep down I know it's not shortness of breathe when I breath through my nose it feels funny I don't like the way it feels anyone else had this problem on celexa???? Yes I noticed it started a couple days on meds I do have allergy issues and I've spray saline, nasonex up my nose still feels weird throwing me into panic mode!!! Help!!!

That's a weird side effect. Have you tried breathing through your mouth instead for awhile? Might not come naturally to you but it does for some of us. :)

It sounds like anxiety. Could be allergies too. I'm in northeast Indiana & the allergies here are very bad. I had a headache all week last week. I thought was my newer meds but I think was allergies!

Try and focus your attention elsewhere. I know it's hard but we are like hamsters on a wheel going nowhere when we obsess. I'm not judging bc I struggle with the same kinds of anxieties.

Awww thanks lesweet1971 that's what my husband said he's so supportive thank GOD for him but I also noticed when I focus on other things I don't notice it!!!! Anxiety is a beast!!

How about using a humidifier? This could help is you are experiencing drying out of the mucus membranes. (sometimes an s/e of some meds)

Hope you find relief soon!
