Hello family!
As some of you know, I just came back from a nice little vacation with the wife and kids, I had not a single panic or anxiety attack during this time. (Thank you everyone)
This morning, back at home, at 4am my son needed some help in the bathroom- I got up and helped him, after putting him back in bed, in a matter of seconds everything started spinning- I had to get on my knees and crawl, it was such a bad panic attack I "hope". It hit me so hard that I tried to make it back into the bathroom to get some Klonopin, I just remember looking at the mirror and my pupils looked huge, like after an eye exam when they use those drops to dilate them.
I woke my wife up, whom is very understanding and supportive, hahaha yeah right! She said I'm going back to bed " call 911-if you need it".
All I could think about
was, " this feels exactly like my first time" this shall and will pass. After 45 Min I was able to close my eyes again.
Do you remember your first " panic attack"?
Josh
