Sorry you're going through this! :(
Have you tried anything to try and relax it? Any extra stressors happening in your life right now?

It's always something right! Do you have any relaxation techniques that you practice daily? What are you studying in school?? And finally, you're not in St. Louis are you? Just wondering since you said the other day you lived where a lot of murders were happening. If so, I am going to say there's something in the air!!

This, with the globus sensation was my first anxiety symptom!!
Progressive Muscle Relaxation. ..especially for the upper body works well. (see our Resources, or let me know if you're interested and I'll post the direct link for you.
Sipping either hot or cold beverages ( you'll just need to see which works best for you.) also helps...as do lozenges or hard candy to suck on.
Wishing you relief!

Looks like Scaredy Cat came through with some great advice. Medical assisting sounds like a pretty fun learning opportunity, but ya, could definitely cause anxiety for sure. :-/
