I am sorry that you are going through your neck issues...the symptoms and the resulting anxiety.:( That is a lot to deal with!
Are you currently doing P.T. for your neck issues?
How about work on the anxiety/health worries?
I think that if you seek to deal with both of these issues seperately...they will be less likely to gang up on you, so to speak...
...and with some P.T. and therapy for the anxiety, you are going to find yourself feeling better, body and mind!
