MPignata,
I am not gonna beat you up too bad for quitting your meds cold turkey (jk) :)
Our treatment is a journey full of learning experiences and "lesssons". Let this be a lesson learned and you will know in the future that you cannot just quit taking your meds "cold turkey" (even if you feel good). When and if your doctor decides that you need a lower dose or to discontinue use completely, there will be a weaning process and he (your doc) will monitor you.
But good for you for starting your meds back up. Just like when you first started them ten years ago, give them time work. I am willing to bet those tingling sensations will go away!
As I've said before, this may be something you will "deal" with your whole life. Although the severity may come to you in phases, you still need to always in incorporate your coping skills, and medication.
I hope you feel better soon! Until then continue to keep us posted on your progress!
God bless
Cornell
