You have received a lot of good advice from alot of great people. What they are telling you is true!
Learn to take it minute by minute and day by day. If you look too far in the future, the anticipatory anxiety will take over.
Honey, I promise if you keep doing your coping skills, going to therapy, and fine-tuning your medication then you will see these bad days begin to fade away.
And like Merrida said, yes, you can learn to live a normal, productive, and happy life. I'm not convinced that we will totally overcome it but we can definitely learn to manage and control it. It's a lot of hard work but you can do it! We will be here to support and encourage you along the way!
