I just looked at my join date and it has been 1 year! Wow how things change in just one year.
When I first came to this most awesome site I was suffering A&P that would last for weeks. I was scared and sick and scared some more. I was in a very bad place and did the only thing I knew how to do. Talk, well in this case type. I posted what seemed like every five 5 minutes. Lol. With the help of all of you and my counselor and some very awesome tools I made it through. I am going to celebrate today, not because the A&P is gone, because it is still there but I will celebrate all of the friends that I have made and the progress that all of us have shared. 1 year ago I was dieing inside and today I am very much alive.
Thank you all for the best human kindness anyone can give, your friendship.

Isn't that cool!? I know this site has been a game-changer in so many ways. When I first joined, I was all over the place. And okay granted, I may still be all over the place, I'm more centered and I feel stronger knowing that I have a connection here on HW.
This really is a great group of folks and we are quite lucky indeed! :)

THIS FORUM IS AMAZING IN SO MANY WAYS! PEOPLE ARE AWESOME AND CAN SEND POSITIVE VIBES TO THOSE WHO WORRY SO MUCH! I THANK ALL THE PEOPLE HERE WHO GIVES A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT TO REACH OUT THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED OF COMFORT AND GUIDANCE! anxiety like depression is not a joke. I'm glad I was on this site where people understands. You can end anxiety, it's possible. It won't be gone completely but you'll find yourself a lot better dealing with it. You'll still find yourself worrying w/ your heart racing, it's life! But in the end of the day you're just gonna smile about
it!
