Hello and welcome!
I am sorry to hear of your anxiety and challenges that it is causing you with regards to your worries about health. This is a common topic here, so know that you are not alone in this!
I am glad to read that you working with your doctor, and no longer taking another's Rx...as this is never a good idea. Better to work with your health care professional to find what YOU need as an individual to treat your concerns and needs.
Along with medication...therapy and self-help are excellent options to consider! Ask your doctor regarding a therapist he/she can refer to help yyou with your health anxiety and A/P.
Here are some links from our Resources that are also excellent tools. Take some time and read through/watch each one. It will take some time, but if you commit to doing this...and following up with the suggested exercises...I've no doubt it will benefit you greatly.:)
Keep positng with us as well. We care, understand...and support is key!
