Okay so I have been anxious for a couple days and now my anxiety is trying to peak. I am over tired and this does not help. I am going to keep pushing on as I know that laying in bed does nothing but bad anyways. I may take a nap buy that will be later. I will move past this and be just fine, it is just getting over the hump in the road at the moment. Thanks to everyone for the support. I will post again soon.

Sometimes the hardest thing is to keep moving forward and on with our day, but sometimes that is the thing that helps the most. I hope you feel better soon. Hugs

I am feeling a bit better. I am taking a break so my hips are hurting but my kitchen is almost done and I have put a load of laundry on too. I am hungry but will wait until I am done cleaning. My muscles are starting to relax so spams are happening now. I did journal and that puts things in prospective. Well the break is almost over so I will post again.

Done with my kitchen and I am laying down I am so tired. I did have a bite to eat. Feeling better. I am happier now. I feel better and although not 100% it is better. If I could sleep I know that would help a ton. I do have a headache but this is from not eating and being tired. Well I will update later on. S.C I have not seen Larry on in quite some time, is everything okay?

I have taken a nap and feel much better. Still a bit anxious but not so bad. I am still very tired but things will line out soon. I will be foregoing my shows tonight in order to rest.y head is light due to not eating but dinner is on the stove and I will eat a bit. Then I will be off to bed. I am so glad that I am feeling better and I honestly thank everyone from the very bottom of my heart.

I have eaten and that was very hard on my stomach. I am not nauseous but stomach is aching. I am not in a good way right now. God please help me through this. I do not want to fall back into this mess but I am hurting and now my anxiety is coming back. Oh my gosh what a nasty cycle am on. I want to cry but I cant. Tears will not coming. Thanks for the everyone.

I am still shaky and a bit anxious but I have eaten and still feel good. I have rested a lot today and I am still tired but I am feeling better today. I am getting back to normal and will no longer stay anxious. I hope that everyone is doing well. Stay strong

slow and steady jess. remember to breathe. slow and deep. you don't have to wait till your anxious to do it. i am doing it now. it is centering me. many healing thoughts i send.
