Sending you much love and support girlie. I imagine your anticipatory anxiety is getting the best of you. If you can try mindfulness and stay in the moment, I think it will help. Staying busy with healthy distractions is also a wonderful tool I use. I clean, do laundry, take a bath, get out of the house as much as possible, etc.
What're you getting your degrees in? What career are you hoping for?
