I know what you're going through with the up and down anxiety/panic. One minute I think I'm okay, the next minute a wave of anxiety/panic sweeps over me and I wonder if it will ever stop. You sound like a fighter though, just like I try to be, but it's hard sometimes and you just want to give in. I try to look back at the periods in my life when I've had daily anxiety....there have been periods of more than a year, a month, weeks, one never knows when you're going to "snap" out of it but do all the exercises suggested (breathing, talking, taking your meds, whatever) to help you along the way. Believe me, I'm there with you in spirit if not in person as are all of us here on this site. We are eachother's daily therapy I think and it makes a calming difference to know you are not only helping yourself, but hopefully helping others.
