Does anyone here that suffers with GAD or panic have 24/7 muscle twitching?

Hi Kinley,
Yes, this can be a common anxiety symptom!
We have great relaxation exercises in our Resources here, including Progressive Muscle Relaxation that can help. Find these on the main page, 1st post.:)

Yup, have them all the time....very frustrating and nerveracking. I get them in all different places...the latest is on the inside heal of my foot..how weird! I've had it coming and going for three days. There are so many anxiety symptoms it seems, that it's hard to keep up with them all...and I think i've HAD them all!! Don't worry about
it, I'm sure it's that ole anxiety just being a pain (or twitch) once again.

Have you consulted your doctor...or a neurologist?

I agree with S.C. check with you're doc. I have it, but its more of a social anxiety thing or maybe I just notice it when I'm around others? Either way, if it's anxiety related or something else there are solutions. Best of Luck, I know it can be a huge pain!
