From the little I have read, it seems that SVTs are unpleasant rather than life-threatening, so I would take comfort in that. It is very likely that you will never experience it, but even if you did you would be okay. I think many of the things we worry about are not as bad as we fear they will or could be. I find myself terrified of the silliest things, yet when I am actually faced with a real health problem I handle it much better than I would have expected from the way I worry.
Try your best to remind yourself that you are okay. That you are healthy right now, and right now is where your focus should be. If by some crazy small chance you do develop svt from panic at some point in the future, you will get through it, and you will be okay.
