Your CT scan would have shown abnormalities or lesions, that would have most likely led to an MRI/other tests if you were presenting with MS.
Many of the transient symptoms that you are experiencing can be attributed to anxiety...
...so I suggest treating the anxiety first, and continuing to seek your medical answers as well.
You may find that in treating your anxiety, your symptoms lessen and you have relief! Then you will have your answer...so it is worth that effort to try!
