From what you are describing this sounds like health anxiety, and it is very common. You will find many many posts similar to yours on this forum. Please be reassured that this is a state of mind and the chances of you being physically unwell are minimal. In fact it appears that you have been checked thoroughly by professionals who know exactly what to look for, so take heart that this is not a physical issue.
Health anxiety, like other forms of anxiety, is extremely treatable and if you put in all your work and effort there is absolutely no reason that you cannot recover fully, especially since you are physically fit and well. You have learned to develop this negative mental habit, and you are more than capable of retraining yourself to think differently. It will be difficult and you will not be cured overnight, but it can be done I promise you.
There are resources out there that will guide and encourage you, and there are professionals available who will support you as well. You are never beyond recovery, or past help.
I would suggest that your first step would be to learn all you can about your condition, what it is, what the symptoms are, and the steps to treatment, because knowledge and understanding are your biggest allies. Please look at these two websites, www.anxietycoach.com www.anxietynomore.co.uk and above all, try not to worry about yourself. You are alright.
