Just want to share the app I just found

I don't know if this is okay to share. I just found the application it called "Yos" in Apple Store, I'm using iPad tablet, and it's free. I downloaded it in my tablet and in my phone.This application is all about daily health moments.it helped me. I can't explain it good just check it out.

Another app I would recommend is the self healing from creative solutions. It's in the Google playstore and the review are nice. Just search self-healing in Google play store and you can download it for free and no annoying ads.
