i did. severe asthma, the cost of them aint cheap here, saving to go o/s and and yeah, the big one a heart attack and a double by-pass. i was a 100 day. if i can so can you. there is support. quit lines. smoking cessation groups and medication and other treatments. you can do this.

Thanks Happy turtle. I think cigarette smoking is the culprit for me to have this disorder. I was fine before, but when I started smoking in 2006 it started to show my symptoms and it just triggered by my ex-nagger wife in 2009.

S , I think the culprit is either "smoking" or "my ex-nagger wife". 😁

smoking makes you more anxious. does not calm you down when you have a few, it is a stimulant and winds you up. this is fact.
