MS dismissed for now, anxiety they say

After many test blood, lyme thyroid, all blood levels are fine, ems on leg failed. Clean MRI, cat scan, but a bulge disc that causes my left leg to be munb this is the second neurologist I see he specialized in ms and after he told me all I might have its just anxiety. But the symptoms were there. Leg numbness, tinglin in hands and top head. Extreme fatigue, Nervousness shaky hands, back pains, bowel problems,bad foot coordination, this ia in episodes on and off but lately they have decreased. can the mind trick you Into thinking this but I did not know nothing about ms. My second neurologist give me the same as the first now an MRI contrast and without contrast. Now its just kinda high pressurw in the eye and some pulsating and light shaky handa idk if this could be it.

Anxiety has so many symptoms and is good at mimicking other diseases

You're tsking the correct first steps and seeking medical advice. I have health anxiety and believe me anxiety can really produce itself in many physical symptoms. This forum is very supportive and a good place to vent and receive advice. I've come along way since seeking out a therapist and staring lexapro but everyone's path is different. I hope you find relief.

And what is really an attack I sometimes have my mind in nothing at all I just get the symptoms out of the blue thats when I really get concerned and start to freak out. Can someone explain how an anxiety attack really can start.
