If your waking up throughout the night, that is likely the culprit. Your not getting the REM sleep that is SO essential for mind, body, health. I used to wake up several times throughout the night (and still do once in a while), but it has gotten better. I just Waited out the situation. There was really nothing else I could do. As my anxiety lessened, my sleep increased, therefore not being so exhausted during the day. I am no way back to where I was before my bout with anxiety, but I am very slowly getting there.
