burning hot flush feeling as soon as i laydown

I can be perfectly calm and go to laydown and I get this extreme burning in my arms chest neck back any ideas How to keep this from happening

Are you consuming anything wit artifical sweetner?

Could you be having a little anxiety or panic, does your HR pick up, if so could be adrenaline. Peace

I had this when I started my SSRI! Sometimes when you start the drug it makes symptoms worse. I got this SO BAD at night time. I would wake up having a panic attack, get up and pace, puke, and then my arms/neck/shoulders would be on fire for about an hour afterwards. So painful and worrisome. It went away when I adjusted to my SSRI.

W2BN,

Acid reflux can cause burning in the chest...that radiates outward. It happens when you lay down because the stomach acid travels up the esophagus easily when prone.

Something to ask your doctor about?
