It takes me hours in the morning to adjust to the day. My legs are shaky, my insides tremble.
I feel like something is wrong with me.
Why?
Does anyone else feel like this?

Hi tela44,
It could be that you aren't eating well for energy, as fiber, protein, Iron. Its best to see a GP Doctor, to make you a appointment for a blood test.

I've had my a1c tested and do not have diabetes, but it's in the pre stage.
Also, in a month I am going to see a nutritionist. Maybe that will help me.
I'm just so tired of feeling this way.

I used to have issues in the morning also, however after about
six weeks of lexapro I've been waking up fine .

Tela,
Mornings are a common challenge for anxiety sufferers!
Practicing coping skills in the a.m., even before you get out of bed, should help.
We have great suggestions for these in our Resources here. :)
Remember to practice daily...and hope you find relief soon!
