...add me to the list! My first attack came out of the blue, and I was not 'feeling' anxious in the least...
...at least not consciously. .However, I think that is part of the issue...we get good at supressing our stressors, until it all becomes too much, and our body lets us know it!
That is why it is important to practice coping skills and relaxation exercises daily!!;)
