I try a few things. I have a breathing app on my phone so sometimes I'll try to do relaxing breathing to help me, or I'll try and warm my hands which is a tool I've mentioned on here before, otherwise I'll take a warm bath which tends to relax me enough to get me to sleep and if all else fails and it's only 2:30-3, I'll take half a xanax and go back to sleep. Unfortunately I got to the 1/2 a xanax last night and I still was in and out of sleep until this morning.
