Lymphoma ??

My anxiety is increasing day by day. My last post was about me being scared that I have Mouth cancer but now I am extremely scared because my fears took a turn from mouth cancer to lymphoma. During my state of fear of mouth cancer , I spotted a small but narrow and long lymph node at the back of my neck within my hair but just where my hair ends. It is painless,firm and unmovable and only swollen when i turn my neck ; and it has been there for over 2 weeks. Last night the most weirdest thing happened. I slept last afternoon and i wasnt getting sleep at night but i forced myself to. At night i woke up feeling extremely hot ( very very very less sweating , eventhough it was cold and the AC was on). So what i reduced the temperature and still was feeling very hot. But eventually i slept and woke up in the morning. When i woke up there was a stinging pain below my jaw and behind my ear. Moreover i started feeling more weak and a little feverish. I dont know why am i suffering like this. Please help me out.
P.S I am even facing a loss of appetite

but the problem is i cant go to a doctor. I am a hypochondriac and i am embarassed to go to the doctor every two weeks and moreover my mom doesnt take it seriously anymore.
I dont know what to do

I went to a doctor (MBBS and General Practitioner) and I told him about the fevers and the night sweats. He asked me some questions about breathing, coughing, joint pains and I replied "no", even though sometimes I breathe heavily (maybe because of the anxiety). He checked by blood pressure (which was fine) , tongue and told me to lie down on the bed. Then he checked me with a stethoscope nd without me telling him anything he checked my neck, though he did not check where the lump is there he still checked that area. When I told him about the lump, he told with a smile that he already checked that area and that it is nothing. He told me that the fever is a viral infection and he gave me some medications. He told if the fever does not subside in 2 days , I am required to take some tests like ( MP and BC, CBC and ESR and PS, Blood C/S). He didn't even take my blood test.

SHOULD I BE FINE BECAUSE HE DID NOT EVEN CHECK ME PROPERLY IT WAS BARELY A TEN MINUTE CHECK UP AND HE DID NOT EVEN TAKE MY BLOOD TEST . SHOULD I GO VISIT ANOTHER DOCTOR ??

I visited the doctor and got all the tests done. my results will be out on wednesday. I hope everything is fine.
and will you get night sweats if you take paracetamol at night ??

Actually you should get reassured first time because he didn't ask for blood test, that doesn't mean that he didn't care about your symptoms but only means he was not suspecting from something more serious.
I think there is a reason they only check some of the lymph areas only which are more commonly showing problems, it seems.
Whenever I go to dr I also notice that they check the neck but some of the areas only.

P.S. Loss of appetite is a very very common symptom of anxiety related issues...

Now is the time to focus on your health anxiety management efforts the most...when you are feeling strong and positive...so that you are gaurded against future fears!

The test that was mentioned by your doctor is also known as a 'sed rate' test, and measures for inflamation in the body. However, if your doctor is not concerned about it...nor should you be. I too have numbers that are "out of range" but just normal for how I am wired up...no one gets a "perfect" score on their medical tests.;)
