I am feeling like I have had a good work out which is a sign that the acupuncture I had yesterday is starting to work so fingers crossed today my back pain will be less I will keep you informed. I can highly recommend acupuncture as I have now had a lot of it and it can also help with anxiety & depression as well as pain.

To answer your question from yesterdays check in yes I have been getting back spasm as well as chronic pain which is caused by having Scheuermann's Disease and acupuncture is about the only thing that I find helps with pain.

Not had the best news today... They are making 18 people redundant in my work place and I've been told if I want to stay I have to change jobs and go into the sales team! Worried about this as it's all customer service based on the phone and I am AWFUL with the phone!! The plus side is that I will be getting more money but I'm still really stressed about it.... Even worse, I have to start on Monday!! :(

Won't be a very relaxed weekend for me now :(

Shaking very bad, little sleep. I am a mess. I feel bad and stupid at the same time. It's a tummy bug, but oh so scary for me.
