Hello all,

It has been a long time since I have been around here. I hope you all are doing well!! I have a quick question. Have any of you felt a warm sensation in your leg at all? Sometimes when I lay down on my stomach and prop myself with my arms or just lay on my back, I get this warm sensation in my left thigh. It's strange. It doesn't hurt, doesn't sting, and I still have feeling in it. Would anyone know what this would be? Not too worried but just thought I'd ask.

Maybe a pinched nerve? I have also felt this, as well as cold spots too. I hope you are feeling better!

I feel cold spots like trickling water, not the warming sensation. Probably a similar nerve related thing though. If the area that's bothering you doesn't appear to be red or irritated and it's not causing you pain or swelling then I doubt it's anything to worry about. Where is it on your leg?

Sometimes this happens to me if I overwork myself while doing cardio. Usually it lasts a few days and then I forget all about it.

I agree...it is likely nerve compression related...especially if it happens consistenly when lying in the same postition.
