I totally know what you are feeling.
Since you mentioned exercise, I'll tell yu that I'm typing this on my phone while on the treadmill! I'm petrified everytime I get on this thing, but the more I do it the better I'm feeling about it and I actually realize that my palps seem better. Maybe take baby steps and once you get that treadmill out, only walk on it when your husband is home so you feel safe if something went wrong. Today is my first day doing it alone, but I'm actually feeling ok!
I'm glad you pulled over and just chilled out for a little bit. That's exactly what my therapist told me to do. The more we rush to get to a safe place, the more anxious we get. Pulling over and chatting on here or checking emails was a great idea.
