I am sorry to hear that the anxiety is returning to bother you.:( I know how that feels, as we all have been on that bumpy ride!
However, it sounds like you have a plan, and hopefully between you and your doctor, you can get your treatment options worked out in order to feel your best.
Great job on working on your self-help techniques! This is a great way to manage anxiety, although breakthrough periods of symptoms can still happen...
...so continue your efforts and hopefully you will pull out of this detour on the road to recovery!
