Hiii everyone i suffer from bad anxiety for about 4 years now, i'm always worried about something or another! My advice is that lifes too short and with the help of my cpn nurse i would like to advise you all to face your fears!! It helps soo much! You get relief from overcoming them on small steps, if you're scared of small places for example test yourself everyday and see how long you can stay without panicking it will be hard but you will eventually get your life back! Its working with me so please everyone try to face your fears, no point in just worrying about them, try and solve them even if they do seem stupid :)

Thanks for sharing! It sounds like you and your CNP are working on something known as Exposure Therapy.

Great job on being open and showing initiative and courage to try this effective method! :)
