Hi Ygg and welcome,
I am sorry to hear of the health worries that are currently challenging you. I know how this feels, and it is really hard.:(
First of all, let me tell you that what you are going through, and the the thoughts and fears that you are having as a result are pretty common!
I have read thousands of posts (literally), so I can assure you that these swallowing issues are not unusual for anxiety sufferers...and the MND/ALS fear is also shared by many.
What have you done so far for help?
Step one is to see your doctor, to get and evaluation, both physical, and to talk about
the anxiety issue.
You may then discuss medication and/or therpay for setting up a recovery plan.:)
Until you can get in to do so...here are some great self-help links for health anxiety that you can get started on today!
