Hello fellow ladies of anxiety,
I'm in the process of finding my magic cocktail of vitamins/supplements in hopes of finding the root cause of my personal anxiety. I haven't had the best diet, I don't like vegetables, hate fish, and I also tend to have the worst anxiety during "that time of the month". I've done a lot of research as I'm sure you have, and read that unbalanced hormone levels are an underrated and common cause of anxiety in both men and women, but as women we tend to know our bodies a bit more and have easily recognizable signs of hormone imbalance. So I'm trying progesterone cream. I've read a lot of women have had relief with it. I will also start using Confianza, which is a stress and anxiety relief herbal supplement from ItWorks that I've also read really great reviews for. With that I take a daily multivitamin as well as fish oil.
So with all that, I'm wondering if you've tried progesterone cream? What is your magic cocktail (minus prescriptions) and how would you rate your anxiety levels before and after using it?
