530a here and face is sore. I want to take a pill but it is a blood thinner so not sure I should. Other than that I am very tired but good. I hope everyone else us also. Have a good one all.

Hanging in there. Strangely, yesterday afternoon, I almost felt relaxed and myself when I left work. I even went to my second job and made it through ok. I just had a feeling of peace and that everything was ok. It's weird when you get a pinch of time where you feel good and you're wondering why!!?? I also got an e-mail from my doctor that my blood work came back but I'm too chicken to read it yet. Today is also day one of only half a vicodin per day. Next week is half every other day then DONE and off of it. Wondering if this is part of why my anxiety has been so much higher the last couple of weeks. Maybe just not realizing I've been too numb to feel it and really cope with it? It's all kinda confusing.

Hello Hibee, and everyone! Hibee, how is your pain management going??! I read about you going to the super center the other day, and so sorry to hear that you did not feel well! :( What is the super center, btw? :D

Miss Gigi, I have totally been there! Those same thoughts, depression, etc.. and I'm sure I'll be feeling that way again some day too. Have you considered taking SSRI's? They just make the "fight" a little easier...

As for here... I'm feeling complacent. My health anxiety has been VERY HIGH lately too. This week, I have cancer. Not only of the esophagus, but also of the stomach, and possibly elsewhere. Man oh man.... oh man... oh man!! Oh, and I am also in heart failure.... Good thing I can realize that this is health anxiety. rolleyes Ok... LOL!!! Happy Tuesday!!!

Went to the doctor today to get blood drawn, I was SO anxious. The worst part is waiting a half hour for the doctor to come in, I thought for sure I was going to run out of there screaming. But I didn't. I even got my blood drawn without much of a problem. Otherwise it was a pretty anxiety free day, been feeling like myself the past couple of days.
