If you can take a bathroom break, go do a few minutes of deep breathing. Relax your body and mind. Say some montras to yourself. You got this. Breath.

Hi MJ,
I am sorry you are feeling overwhelmed and anxious right now. Know that this is a normal experience when work pressure is high.
You are not helpless however!!
As the others mentioned...use your coping skills to decompress and reduce your stress levels...
...and speak postive things to yourself. Mantras such as the following will help keep your mood and confidence up.;)
"I am capable of handling all that is required of me today."
"I have the skills to make this a successful day at work!"
You can do it...we are cheering you on!

Hydoxyzine...
An antihistamine/sedative used to treat anxiety...
I have heard of the more commonly (I think) prescribed Vistaril.(of the same type of med)
Is this to be taken as needed for accute anxiety periods and/or attacks?
Let us know how it works for you! I am sure it will be beneficial.:)
Great job on using your coping skills/breathing...keep up the good work!
S.C.
