I stay home about 95% of the time too, I only leave to go to therapy every 2 weeks, group therapy every week and to the grocery store a few times a week. Other then that I sit in my bedroom, unless my kids manage to drag me out of the house to go to thrift stores that seems to happen about every 2 to 3 weeks. So I know how you feel. I don't really have the answer, i think my therapist is frustrated with me cause I'm not making more effort to leave the house. But I'm content being at home, I get anxiety attacks when I leave, I always think something bad will happen when I leave the house, like a traffic accident. I wish I could tell you ways to get out and about, maybe having someone you trust get you out. Like I said my boys, make me go with them, they won't take no for an answer cause they know I need to get out of the house.
