I'm still not the best but soldering on and looking into getting a new therapist.

Well yesterday i took my morning anxiety meds and made myself go out for breakfast. I did pretty good. Then husband and i went to another town to Walmart to get me a new phone for valentines day. Felt panic but was able to hold it off. Then he wanted to take me to dinner later. Took afternoon med and was able to go but didnt feel good. But made it. Felt down the rest of night.

Today woke up with alot of anxiety. Had to take med as soon as i got up. Did housework. Its 5 hours later still feeling anxious. Doing resources. Watching illini. Going to try to go out for lunch in couple hours. Feeling blue but listening to positive affirmation. We will see.

thinking of ya mate.

me, getting jobs done; you know that need doing like last year. had a bit of a clean out. last night i cleaned up old applications, short cuts on the computer. norton runs out soon. it is excellent. not selling it or anything. my anxiety is better. less over thinking. oh well. better go. nearly 5.30am, having a feed. got bills to pay today. see ya later.

It is freezing here in Michigan today. The wind chill is like -30...but it's sunny☀️. Hope everyone is feeling well.

New therapists are like a blind date haha. I woke up and came to work feeling like a walking daydream, but as usual that has subsided. It's so cold and snowy here that I wouldn't get out of bed! Hoping for a stress free day and being optimistic. Best wishes to all!

No anxiety just flat out depression. I am so depressed that so many people in my life are gone and I just want peace from it all. It never comes. I have just decided that the world has to GO AWAY today I have to grieve and then sick it up and move on.

I went out and bought me a couple Beta fish (in separate tanks, no worries, lol) to put on my desk to keep my company, bought one red and one blue one. Having a pretty good day today if I say so myself. :) Pain is bad though, don't get pain meds until tomorrow, my legs hurt alot due to alot of walking in thrift stores with 2 of my boys yesterday but other then that I'm okay. Very little anxiety today, for some reason.

Was doing pretty well all day even though son and hubby are sick. Then this after I started to feel really lightheaded and as that happened I started to feel pretty worn down. I'm pretty sure sickness is headed my way too.

On a positive note, my little guy is still coughing pretty bad, but his fever has been low and he's been much less whiny, so hopefully he's on the mend. Hopefully his parents won't be far behind him!

Hey everyone,

I've been really tired since increasing my lex to 15 mg. I'm taking naps and I never take naps. On a positive note my anxiety has lessened but I'm a little bit like a zombie.
