Keep repeating positive mantras to yourself...
"I am okay, this is just returning anxiety making me feel this way."
"These symptoms are a simple cause and effect of the stressful situations and family conflicts."
Try to focus on the two good weeks you had! That is great...and with some coping skills, you can get back to that good place again!!
