I get heart pounding and fast pulse after eating , even if I have a large HEALTHY meal my heart will still go fast , so I eat super small meals and I don't eat red meat it seems worse after the red meat , no coffee no soft drinks , water water water :), I eat small meals and it's seems much better after small light meals.
Since fast pulse is my trigger for panic attacks , when we go out to dinner with my falimy I don't even eat beause I want to enjoy the time with them not panic over my pulse after eating , it's that bad :(
It's horrible I know how you feel , hopefully you find something that helps you , sorry I wasn't much help :/ just wanted to share my experience with papls and eating .
