My doctors appointment went well yesterday and she said I looked a lot better than the last time I saw her when she diagnosed me with Shingles so that was good. She has upped my Prozac to 60mg so started that today to try and help with the high levels of anxiety I have been getting this last few months. I spoke to her about getting a referral to a therapist to do some Schema Therapy and she was happy to do this and was pleased I was wanting to do it and also commented that I seemed a lot more positive this visit. I am lucky to have such an understanding doctor and we have a good relationship which is helpful.

My GP changed my meds on Tuesday and I'm now on Mirtzapine...so far so good. At least my swallowing issues seem to be lessening a little.
