There are times in our journey, where it may seem as if we have gone backwards in our recovery...but anxiety just tends to come and go...sometimes without a discernable trigger.
It is now that you can re-visit your CBT exercises and pick up some new coping skills as well for help!

Talking with your doctor about other treatment options if you continue to be challenged would be a consideration as well.
