These exercises are great! If you can dedicate at least 10 minutes 3 x's a day to them, I really believe you will see a difference!
I also use postivie mantras to get me through anxious times.
When I am bothered by physical symptoms I repeat:
"I am alright, this is just anxiety making me feel this way."
This takes the mystery and fear out of the worrisome way my body is feeling due to anxiety.
