Good morning everyone! I came across this and wanted to share. It is some short breathing, mindfulness and progressive muscle relaxation exercises. I haven't tried any of these yet, but I swear by the progressive muscle relaxation. Trains our muscles to relax....something most of us are not good at!! :)

I tried the 16 part muscle tension training on the page and it made me feel relaxed a lot :D

i do mindfulness everyday. mostly mine is with walking, and observation. great topic.
