It takes some time for the physical symptoms to phase out. They did not develop suddenly from one worried thought...
...so they are not going to go away instantly either...
Have you tried the exercises in the link I posted above yet?
I hope that you can spend some time with these regularly and start to see some improvement slowly but surely.
