Just an update: my fatigue has gotten better. I have more energy during the day. My shoulder pain has gone down to just being kinda achy the past few days. My arm pain has gone away. I think I may have found the cause…breathing. Since I'm always anxious I don't always pay attention to my breathing. I noticed I was not breathing through my nose and out mouth, concentrating in my abdomen. I've been doing that the past 4-5 days, really focusing on it and my pain has reduced 85%. I still have PCOS, gallbladder problems, and anxiety and depression, but if this works, I am going to continue to do it, even when my anxiety is really bad. After a year of feeling down, and stomach aches, and stress, and 6 or 7 panic attacks, Ive started to want to exercise again, I know its very important since I am obese and I know it would help me a lot. I guess breathing is very VERY important. Also, I've stopped looking up fibromyalgia facts and scaring myself with "what if i have it" stuff…and I also feel better with that. Anxiety causes symptoms, when I'm calm I don't have any. Just wanted to update you guys, and thanks for being such a help. You guys are great.
