I feel like i will never have a family nododay will love me because of these anxiety :(

Awe, I'm so sorry that you feel you won't find someone to love you, that is so not true. There is someone out there just for you and you'll meet them when you least expect it. May I ask how old you are? And are you currently in any type of therapy?

I am 19 years old ....no i am not ... I try to deal with it in natural way but is so difficult i am so sensitive and when i tried medicine xanax helped me but i dont want to use it everyday

Sorry to hear you feel this way but as AL said there is someone out there for everyone.

Talking therapy such as CBT work really well in treating anxiety so ask your doctor about getting a referral and in the meantime have a look at our resources thread for some useful links to self help.

Hi Alb,

You will certainly be able to find someone to love and start a family with when the time is right.:)

Focusing on being healthy and continuing your education for now would be a good plan...

...and when your circumsances are right, and you are ready, I am sure you are going to see everything fall into place for a happy future.:)
