sleepless in oz again. sore, tired, emotional, blah blah. winter, broken record............ if i had the energy i would scream my head off and swear as loud as i can. it's getting late. the neighbours will call the cops if i do. tunes and stretching. taken some pain relief. hurts to stretch, but this is good. keep well; am glad you a feelin' good hibee.

Actually got a decent nights sleep. Lately I have been waiting up around 3 and having a difficult time with anxiety. My anxiety did not kick in until around 6 this morning :) That's a win!

Hello family!

I am getting ready to go over to the coast with my girls. Will be a clear, chilly day to beachcomb, window shop and grab some lunch.:)

Having a great lazy week off this Spring Break!
