I don't mind Mondays, just another day of the week for me. :) Being I'm disabled and don't work I find it hard to keep up on what day it is anyway, lol.

Have group therapy today, we are talking about depression. I'm still in a blue mood so I welcome anything we talk about today and maybe it will help with my mood. I sure am sick of feeling so blue, and to not even know why I'm suffering this mood swing is really annoying. If there was something I could pin point and say oh ya that happened and that is why I'm depressed would be okay, but not knowing kinda sucks.

Today is my Grandson's 5th birthday, we had his party last night at a local park, not alot of people came but my grandson had fun so that is all that matters. His dad, uncle and myself all ended up buying him a remote car, so now he has 4 (one had 2 cars in it) but he was thrilled with all of them.

I hope everyone is having an anxiety free day, my anxiety is about a 2 right now, depression about a 7 please say a prayer for me that this blue mood disappears, thanks in advance. :)
